我一直都是偏瘦的體質,但人到中年有段時間體重急劇上升,從原來的102斤在一個半月的時間上升至120斤,猛然才發現昔日的裙子、褲子全部不合穿了。而且,我發現體重還有上升的趨勢,每天起床第一件事就是稱體重。
這個時候,我開始加大運動量,但體重只是上漲的速度減緩,卻沒有下降的趨勢。因為我吃素的,肉類不吃,所以哪怕胖了我的飲食沒發生任何改變。
我的腸胃不太好,有幾天肚子漲氣得很,根本吃不得東西,因為一吃更難受。於是,我就是喝水,啥也不吃。但是,到了第二天晚上,我站不穩,可能還是得吃點東西。於是,我就喝點粥。第三天也是喝粥。第四天一看,原本突起的大肚子沒了,體重掉了五斤。
只是,後來身體好了之後我恢復正常飲食,體重很快又上來了。哈哈。
