山藥板栗湯
材料:山藥,板栗,筒骨,紅棗,芡實,蓮子,枸杞。

小貼士:
1.豬骨買回來一般焯一下水比較好,不然味道很腥。現在很難吃到好的豬肉,都是飼料豬,味道重。
