✅准備食材:
160g純牛奶、1個雞蛋、2g食用鹽、3g酵母粉、15g玉米油、20g白砂糖,250g普通麵粉;
✅做法步驟:
1️⃣:小盆里加入160g純牛奶➕3g酵母粉➕2g食用鹽➕20g白砂糖➕一個雞蛋➕15g玉米油,充分的攪拌均勻,攪勻後再加入250g普通麵粉,翻拌均勻至無乾粉狀態,蓋上保鮮膜發酵至原面團的兩倍大;

2️⃣:面墊上多撒點乾麵粉,醒好的面團倒扣上來,面團上也撒上乾麵粉,不用揉,直接用手輕輕拍打排氣,切刀分成8個小劑子,都搓成圓球狀;

3️⃣:把團圓的面團放進空氣炸鍋,不要開火,二次發酵30分鍾;發酵好表面刷一層蛋黃液,撒上白芝麻,160度烤10分鍾,翻個面再烤8分鍾即可完成!
